We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total.
Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
