We want you to love your purchase. Because each piece is thoughtfully created and many items are made to order, please review our return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are final sale. If an exception is made, a 30% restocking fee applies. To be approved for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

Custom Orders & Restocking Fees
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold in the usual way. If a custom order is approved for return or cancellation, a restocking and handling fee will apply to cover materials, labor, and processing costs. The fee amount will vary based on the complexity of the order and will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
